Sales tax

Value Added Tax (VAT, currently 20%) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within mainland UK. For orders shipped to destinations outside the UK the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty on arrival. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Payment methods

All orders must be paid for by debit card or credit card (Mastercard or VISA). Payment by electronic bank transfer is possible if you prefer, please contact us for details. For online ordering we also accept payment by Paypal. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£). Credit card transactions for orders from outside the UK will be converted by your card company at their current exchange rates.

Complaints

Should you have a complaint with the service or a product we have provided please contact us via the contact page or by e-mailing us, writing to us or calling 01768 779800, our lines are open from 09-30 to 17-30 Mondays to Fridays.

Law

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Product suitability and use

Customers should be aware that paragliding, hang gliding, speedflying and speedriding are potentially dangerous sports that can lead to serious injury or death. The use of unsuitable and/or incorrect equipment can increase this danger. Goods are supplied on the understanding that the end user has appropriate knowledge and experience of their sport, and can choose equipment suitable to their skill level. If there is any doubt in your mind as to the suitability of any equipment we supply please contact UK Airsports for advice. We will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or death resulting from the use of equipment supplied.

Unwanted goods, ORDER Returns & CANCELLATIONS

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the products you buy from us please return them and we will refund you. We just ask that the goods are returned unused with original packaging, tags and labels, within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days of the item arriving at our warehouse.

Please contact us within 14 working days if you are returning an item. You must call us for a returns reference number before returning any item to enable us to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, contact us via the contact page, email or call 01768 779800 as soon as possible. If we have supplied an item in error or it is faulty, we will credit your return postage costs by arrangement.

In all cases, products returned must be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the full value of the product. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any returned item which does not meet these criteria. Delivery charges paid by us (free shipping) will be deducted from the refund payment. When you do return the product, always include the returns reference number and daytime telephone number. We strongly recommend you return items to us by recorded delivery to cover yourself against loss.

PAYPAL FEES

If you choose Paypal as your payment method, and then cancel your order or return unwanted items for refund, we reserve the right to deduct the Paypal processing fee from your refund, as Paypal do not refund this part of your payment to us. If you do not agree to these terms you should not use Paypal as your payment method, and should pay by debit or credit card.
