Safety information regarding reserve container handles
Regarding all NEO Reserve Containers.
The handle of the external NEO Container can loos connection with it’s pins (plastic rod). The problem can happen after several months or a year or more of use.
To resolve this issue, NEO is replacing all rescue handles for NEO Containers. These will be available through the dealer from whom you bought your container.
The original handle (orange) should be replaced with the new handle supplied (blue).
