UK Airsports update on COVID-19
UK Airsports update on COVID-19
With the unprecedented disruption the Coronavirus is causing around the world, I want to reassure you that we are taking this matter extremely seriously and closely monitoring the situation.
We are following advice offered by the UK Chief Medical Officer and other relevant public health authorities and our priority is ensuring everyone’s safety.
The COVID-19 outbreak will mean ongoing, significant disruption to the way we live our lives. For us connecting to our communities and the people in them has never been more important and supporting everyone around us, from family, friends and neighbours to our customers and the free flight community.
UK Airsports is located in an isolated rural environment within close walking distance from my home and until we are advised otherwise we aim to keep the office open for business, to deal with any customer orders and to deal with any customer service issues and enquiries, with one person here during normal working hours wherever possible.
We still have a pretty full stockroom and access to new equipment from all of our suppliers and at the moment remain able to deliver with our usual level of service.
Your continued support and custom are greatly appreciated as always and we would be happy to chat to you by phone, email or any of the usual online means.
If you can’t get through on the phone, just leave or send us a message and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
Take care of yourselves and those who are more vulnerable.
All the very best
Patrick Holmes (Director of UK Airsports Ltd)
